Tbh the novel isn’t the best lol. It’s Game, Live Stream and you can read the eng translation on chrysanthemum garden.
I liked it at the beginning, but it kind of fell off and was a mess at the end (and yes, there were other weird things going on other than human experimentation). Throughout the novel were a lot of elements I think were good, but overall the execution was meh (which was disappointing cause it definitely had potential to be really good)

I read an unlimited flow novel where entire world was created cause the MLs mom was doing human experimentation. All the people inside the “game” were in some warehouse in an induced coma, with their brain hooked up to a machine that made them experience the instances of the unlimited flow world. Other novels have similar things (like a first person hyper realist VR video game, except the ML thinks it’s reality while the MC knows it’s fake)
So something like that could be happening LOL
