BUT to me the father had his responsibility for him being so violent.
No, sorry, there's no justifying it. You can always do better than your upbringing, no matter how terrible it was.
He blamed the white haired dude, he blamed everyone around the white haired dude, he blamed the other ml... He lost, by his own hand, what was most important to him and had de audacity to blame his father for the outcome. Blamed everyone but himself, because he was always in the right.
And that, kids, is how an abuser works. Remember to separate fiction from reality, stay healthy.
