Nooo, it's only 27 chapters? It's so good, I'd love to read 50 chapters at least
Yes, the last chapter for the main story was released 2 months ago (in Korean). Since then only 4 side stories got released. Of course it doesn't have to mean that the author will never continue the story (maybe we're lucky and she feels like continuing it in the future ;) ) but for now it ends after 27 chapters and some side stories.
So ginger and Runs story will be over on chapter 27

Not entirely. The side stories are also about Rum and Ginger but the main story, which means Ginger trying to confess to Rum/start a relationship with him, is over then.
