Yes. She will get mad and beat him up. By the time she finds out he had already stopped taking it. He’ll stop taking it during their hunting trip which will happen in the next ch or 2. It’s much later that she finds the contraceptives and think he’s still taking it. However, he had already stopped. He genuinely apologizes to her. Because, as usual, he owns up to his faults, this leads to her realizing that she’s being hypocritical to accuse him of keeping secrets while she have a lot of secrets from him. She realizes how hurt she was by his secret and admits that she would be hurting him by also keeping her secrets. So the very same evening when he returns from work, she confesses her first secret to him. There will be other confessions of her secrets as time goes by. So the whole thing leads to her opening up to him about her secrets after she sees how sincerely he apologized to her for that one secret he was keeping from her.
