Not sure what exactly you mean with verified, but try NovelUpdates.
They have a lot of good novels translated into English.
I know from some Translation Groups (like Chrysanthemum Garden) that they legitimately get the authors consent for translating.
(Dont hold me accountable if I’m wrong, I’m not to 100% sure )
