he took the contraceptives after unprotected sex but, as shown, he vomits multiple times after he takes it. if you throw up after plan b or birth control, that renders it ineffective- your body didn’t have the time to absorb it. and im not sure how birth control works in omegaverse, but IRL you have to take it 7 days before and after unprotected sex for it to work. and based on the fact he took multiple pills, im assuming its birth control and not the morning after pill.
so basically, he threw up his contraceptives after unprotected sex and based on how omegas seem to be fertile 24/7 in that verse, i can only assume he is pregnant.
Also a lot of Koreans believe that prophetic dreams are a sign of pregnancy and Euihyuns weird bubble dream seemed to resemble that.
