I'm pretty sure, kayden is an orphan and doesn't even know his bday or actual age so I don't think they're sibling related and he had said that he was a lone wolf before all this sooo I don't think it's like a "we've had a CLOSE past relationship" maybe it'll be more like that blue hair hat guy that wants to be healed by kayden
