She eventually had a daughter for the ML who she devoted her love to because she looked like her. Even the ML liked the daughter more because she looks like the MC. But the son was just left alone and wasn't treated the same as his sister at all.
I just need spoilers. I don't even care about the story at this point. Someone tell me what happens or something bc she's driving me insane
