mangaka authors usually have characters yell out the names of the moves so that children can play with each other and shout the moves's name! its not really for the characters to shout but more of a way for the readers to understand what technique they're using and copy it too :)
Have to say I love fight scenes but why they always gotta yell out the name of the move
It breaks immersion imo
