Well, Asahi and Masato say he always had "kittens" also he is always talking that he "trains" young and pretty people to be obedient (You see all that on Love nest and the sequel) so, yeah he is kind of a "manwhore" for whatever reason and his lovers seem to be ok with that.

Based off your original post, you said you dislike how the seme is a hoe. That’s all I was going off of. The seme is definitely a pretty man. I also don’t like the dynamic between the seme and uke, I don’t think they should end up together imo.
