Ah, I remember now, its not Golgo 13, its that super insurance agent that retired from the SAS that was a History Professor. I cant remember the same, the same author who did Monster, Pluto and etc.

Its pretty good? It kinda reminds me of Golgo 13 in a way, but the story dragged on for too long (the first one). We also dont know what happened to that lovely Indian girl. It would be nice if it was continued, but sadly it was dropped.
