nooo dw it's just that their eyes are closed!! i think ur just mistaking the "eye bags" underneath the eyes as the whites of the eyes. the line beneath the eyelashes is just the artist's way of showing the bottom of the eye bags. after u mentioned it i can totally see where ur coming from tho
