I think we just misunderstood Kana. Nowhere it mentions he did anything he did on purpose. He called Naho average so his friends don't take interest in him, yes he is obsessive but it's not that big of a crime. Yes he messed around with his friend but there's no indication he did it on purpose to make naho jealous. So Naho just misunderstood. And the paper cranes accidentally didn't get delivered, that's why they were crumbled. Because Naho gave them to someone else. Plus, i think he didn't get the ick when Naho said tits, he was just surprised and probably turned on. The whole nipple conv was disgusting tho... Over all... I still don't like kana that much but i think they'll be happy. Naho likes being manipulated and handled this way.
