Yeah they all know except her. The herbal tea was contraceptive from the mother. She made the maid feed Tiana that and truthfully dint understand why they hiding her illness from her either. I read that she's been cured already because the mom made some sort of alms giving at the church wen she was little but don't kno how truth it is
So spoiler apparently FL has a strange illness and to cure her they need the herb from this sacred place so the queen promised the mother access to the place if she marries her nephew the douche. But they never planned to cure her, the ex and the queen planned to lock her up after marriage. That is why the mother is against her current marriage, she feels like the chance to heal Tatiana is destroyed.
