I also don't understand how people like that grass stain and try to defend him, him being the *family* doctor makes his actions so much worse
While his sister death can explain his behavior, it does not explain his actions considering that he the family doctor. And what he did to Karina was medical negligence, and also considering the fact that he broke the Hippocratic Oath (do no harm) multiple times by the way he acted towards Karina and not believing the more senior doctor medical notes; having him fired and demoted is the least cruel thing that could have happened.
