Im pretty sure Morgan is Arthur's sister. In fact in the original legend, Morgan aka Morgana aka Morgan la Fay is the half sister of King Arthur and in fact she is actually a queen of a country and a sorceress and bear a deep grudge agaist Arthur. She is also the master mind behind the death of King Arthur.
That would make sense to me because I don't feel like she has any kind of real kindness towards Arthur or his friends etc. Thanks (づ￣ ³￣)づ
