nahhh i agree with you. it's like brian and ian are so different in terms of their upbringings, experiences with mana, and just their personalities. it's so hard to see them as one person . but knowing sol loves them both is really nice

Man I don’t think I’d be fine with it. It’s like with Inuyasha. Kikyo and kagome(the reincarnation of Kikyo) were the same genes, soul, spirit, but still different people. I will be devastated. I hope Ian stays Ian because even if he gets Brian’s memories he’s not really Brian. The man lived 1000 years ago.

Also I think it was confirmed that they are the same. He really is his reincarnation. Reincarnation love stories take a toll on me. I have so much angst with them

That’s true. I guess it depends on wether you root more for OG or reincarnation. I can see how awful it would be for them to fall in love with another person (especially after Sol has waited for Brian for a millennium)
