I do not know anything with exactly similar plot, but here are some rcm:
Itou-san: hitman x prostitute. Uke is petite and gloomy and abused, like this uke.
Sharpe and rabbit: hitman x prostitute. Uke is also petite and pitiful.
The boy and the wolf: killer x innocent boy. Not really yaoi, shounen-ai at best. Uke is petite and traumatized/has mental issues.
