I mean like… his reasonings and motives and everything… he’s still an ancient vampire who has no concept of consent and not hurting people at will, but there’s no hint or sign in the art that’s alluding to anything he says to Ken being untrue, like his sole priority is protecting Ken from the clearly corrupt church? Idk gimme a throuple and get on with the cute story moments or something
