Honestly I don't think this was meant as a chapter but more of a filler, kinda like when a novel has a filler chapter this is probably one of those
I dont think this as a filler, but the starting point/where Hyun put the lines between pursuing musical/helping his grandfather company.
Hyun rejected Hirose invitation bcz he knew that would be the turning point of his life ( the grandpa would sure making him pursuing music more than joining the company to not waste his talents )
So that's actually a progress for Hyun. He's putting his grandfather as the main concern not himself.

This chapter was basically useless. They might as well not have released this chapter with how much nothing happened in it. More and more manhwas are releasing short chapters with no progress whatsoever and its infuriating ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
