Knowing how corrupt Korean cops are, no, don’t expect too much from them. Both are hiding something or just haven’t said it yet, they are both wrong, both lack communication, it’s not a one party that’s in the wrong. Seo an is clearly not ready for a relationship with how toxic he can be and his words, as well as the part where he said that he will change Woowon even if he doesn’t want to just to keep him by his side, it was in the earlier chapters before the part where Seo an forced Woowon down onto the bed.
