It was a good read until they made that guy a cringy ass villain in chapter 10 Like are you for real?? They couldn't have made him a more interesting villain? They just had to take the evil-to-the-core-and-irredeemable-garbage-compared-to-the-mc route (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ At some point they were really forcing the fact that we should hate that guy and it just shook me out of the story immediately. Still a 4/5 though, but definitely a let down. (Maybe I've read too much of the same thing idk)
