Is this the prequel or sequel to Majo no Inu??? I only read mid way through chapter 1 of this manga and I'm confused (〜￣△￣)〜

Should wait until Majo no Inu is completed or does it not matter???

I don't think it matters... I read this one first since it came out first ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Majo no Inu is the prequel to this one though.

Majo no inu Is a spin off prequel, you can read this one first but they tell different stories. The characters in majo no inu appear here
