Dear lord, he's been self-harming and cutting himself. It truly is heartwrenching to see. What hurts the most is that it's unlikely that Sekye can heal without Yijun because technically, Yijun is Haram and he's the one character that has remained with him his entire life. I just hope that Yijun can find a safe way to let Sekye into his life even if one-sided because it willl do him a world of good.
