Nice observation. I think it also has something to do with their jobs. It's the secretary's job to tend to other people's need, especially since he cleans up TS's mess a lot. Meanwhile TS was born with a silver spoon and now he's a boss, so he doesn't have to answer to anyone. He doesn't have to worry about the well being of others. We know he's capable of caring; we saw it when he sent YM to the hospital and stayed with him. But that was bc the guy literally fainted in front of him.
I think the author clearly/ nicely portrayed how different classes treat each other...even though the secretary was complaining few seconds b4 he was the one who rushed in taking care of our precious part-timer..on the other hand Taesoo(?) Is always seen slow in his movements or just observing..
