I'm a little bit pissed. It's okay that the musician wants to make his dream come true and uses the asshole to do it BUT I don't think it's okay that he doesn't give a single explanation and just disappears. Would it really have been too much to ask for to explain the matter to the artist? If I were him, I wouldn't wait for him or run straight to him when I heard about the piano recital. So if anyone should come crawling, in my opinion it is the musician and not the artist.
