SPOILER

I picked up the novel because of the indefinite hiatus and I'm actually relieved that [SPOILER!!] Taekin wasn't planning on committing suicide.

He was trying to help his friend that was being harassed by the class president's older brother that got dragged in the blue SUV by jumping in front of it to stop the car (the blue SUV is seen in the first chapter and was emphasized to be a nice car by Heechan)

Plus, Taekin's injured hands in the first chapter wasn't because of being bullied, but because he was practicing to become a baker/cook and was planning on going to a culinary school. (the contact number that Heechan found in Taekin's pocket was actually for the culinary school)

Anyways I'm still reading it and I can say that the story is well written and the artist is doing great to make these subtle hints if you're not familiar with the novel ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
