So, even if the uncle is found to be traitor, the real heir in this case Rachel is not guilty so she can take the position as the count. And it is also different place different rules and you also have to look out for the power imbalance.
Can someone familiar with royal politics help me understand how Rachel can become the head of a traitor family and save the house? From my understanding, traitor houses are razed to the ground-no exceptions. How can she get reinstated as an heir and then save a traitorous family from being wiped out?
