It would be a monster ofcoz. Its not human, its mana stone from dhiarma. The fairy dragon will always reside inside mana stone in yoojin chest.he rarely goes out.he only goes out if yoojin is in deep trouble(if yoojin alone) or if yoojin called him otherwise he be sleeping inside the mana stone. hes more of a mental power attack monster rather than physical attack.

yeah and once he was named he will become a separate entity- as in han gyeol will be able to exist outside of yoojin… which is why he put off naming him for a while too
