I thought the same, but honestly seeing how the brother knows and how they wanna meet Sanho I'm not so sure that he got beaten 'cause he's gay, I think that maybe he might have told the a little bit of the dumb shit he done to explain why this realisation is a problem and since they got used to Sanho in the past 10 years the dad got mad.
