Please help me find this manga!

Okay I for the life of me cannot recall anything except a very specific scene. But it’s stuck in my brain like a catchy song and it’s driving me insane. This is towards the end and the seme is a doctor. His colleagues think he’s a grouch. Then uke comes back from traveling and goes to surprise him with lunch. He leaves it with the receptionist who thinks he’s crazy for expecting seme to accept it. Blah blah seme is happy about lunch everyone shookth and even more when he’s happy to see uke at the end of the shift. That’s it pls help get this out of my brain!
