Since it's a manga, it's probably right to left. You could also read what's at the upper right first then go left.

im in the middle of chapter two but i still have no idea which side to read from first I WAS READING RIGHT TO LEFT BUT IT WASNT MAKING SENSE SO I READ LEFT TO RIGHT BUT IM STILL CONFUSED
