What for? Sexual harrassment? I don't think that's technically true considering he is a in a prostitution agreement with the ML and getting paid for his services.
it absolutely is sexual harassment! the agreement he has is a seperate deal he's made with ML's mom outside of his regular day job.. ML doesn't even know the identity of the "prostitute". As far as ML knows, mc's just an ordinary secretary. so yes, this is very much sexual harassment.
um i don't think that's right. sexual harassment is any unwanted sexual behavior. the ml fucks an omega therapist who he consensually agrees to not know the identity of. the mc agrees to do that for money. both parties want this sexual behavior so there is nothing unwanted here for it to be harassment.
