I thknk the redemtion arc can't really be shown in the comic form. The novel was muuuuch better at that. It was still a bit weird, but the subtle emptilnes came through better.

Wishing death for ML, WM and his fucked ass "friends". They were so nonchalant and happy when they found out MC died. Their punishment should be death or be stuck in the hospital bed tbh. I hate that they don't do much to the "friends" in the novel, free from consequences
Five fucking years in their relationship and the shitty ML hadn't had the thought that he was "too close" to that damn self-proclaimed "white moonlight" when he already has the MC? Everyone's blatantly saying that the self-proclaimed "white moonlight" is the one for him and he didn't do any shit about it like wtf?
And then the plot goes "it was just a misunderstanding, I just don't know how to express my feelings" bullshit. Even if you don't know how to express your feelings, you can atleast provide him some security?? Your friends have been harassing him in front of you? And what do you do? You do nothing??
Also, is it just me who wants the death of that self-proclaimed moonlight? Like, damn, he's self-proclaimed but he managed to get everyone on his boats lmao. What a talent. Use it in the underworld please.
Ahhhhhhhh wtf I am so angry with this development but I'm gonna stay bec I love the angst but I am hating on this ML. If only the OG Qin Zhou was still alive. Man, OG QZ is so fine. Would have been a better ML imo. Also, the cousin bro is great and a true fam. Cousin bro really cried and was more responsible. Su su is also a great bestfriend.
