Eh that’s just unfortunately how he was raised. Blame the crappy king. It’s likely he was influenced more by the king seeing as he’s the heir and alpha- compared to his omega brother who likely was rarely raised by the king since h had no interest in him. Other than that, the brother seems to be quite nice to those he cares about
