One has to give in sometimes to it go well. Usually authors use lack of communication to make drama, like we are seeing here. Cirrus shouldn't be a jealous prick, but who had the perfect opportunity to ease the situation (Skylar) goes and throws more fuel to the fire for no reason and with nothing to get from it.
Most healthy relationships are about giving in for the well being of the same. But this story is nothing about being healthy or rational I see ╮(￣▽￣)╭
But he knew that his partner has trauma which also involves physical trauma and yet he still resorted to violence so yes Skylar went too far but his reaction was valid because his partner was being insecure and disrespectful.
