The problem is that the awakened of the three families can't be together because they have to keep their own blood line so Tilly can marry Aegis because Loina awakened but they still don't know which brother has the power (We know is Rayan but they not).
So because Loina has the obligation to keep the family line she can't get engaged to Rayan who could also be awakened
