Depends on the subject but try making a plan that has your intro written, try making it like a 3 parts essay, with all your ideas separated that got me like 60/100 everytime (im better at math than at writing )

Try making a question that goes with your ideas, for example (i dont do business so i’ll do it with philosophy) « do we have any power on the time that passes » that can be a question for your dissertation

I got told that my work was half plagiarised but I literally wrote it myself. Luckily my teacher was with me while I wrote some of it and knows I just write like I'm ai generated which idk if thats good or bad

I don't know what program they use but there is a few sites where you can check yourself yo see and I just use the top one on the search bar which is "Academic plagerism checker"
If you can you should ask your teacher/professor and they can tell you a few.
