youre drunk but your drunken habit is kissing or like getting horny. you saw a person you came up to him and said "heyyy lets have sex"
of course the person would be like "no wtf ew." and pushed you away but YOU the drunk, forced yourself into them and provoked them.
they had to have sex with you because youre the one started it.

yes this happens A LOT in real life and most people will call it "drunken mistake". both party's consent is unknown so yeah. dubcon can also be like what you watch in porns.

well, this manhwa got hate comments because of the earlier chapter where everybody was confused on why would seungyoun suddenly forced hosik into having sex with him and without consent at that too.
