..his character has never really received anything in life, so to fill that void he carries his mind will wander to sex & money = happiness, he’s been manipulated and groomed by the grown women around him.
He was raised as a poor boy with no human connection, love or intimacy so he was raised to survive but he still has values and morals he doesn't want to hurt women or children and he respects workers and eats his vegetables so he's still a good kid at heart. He expresses that lack of intimacy and connection as wanting a girlfriend and sex as those are the only forms of intimacy and love he thinks he can get from what he's understood and learned of the world. Laymens terms "I want a girlfriend and I want to grope her body and have sex with her" means I want human connection with another person and I want us to love each other enough to enjoy it and have it mean something.

But he finds connection and intimacy in domestic life with Aki and Power as he makes a "found family" with them which makes it more painful when he eventually loses those connections those things that made him feel like he was cared about and had a place in the world and if he died someone would care about HIM not chainsaw man and not a worker but Denji himself. In part 2 he takes care of his little sister and and his dogs and starts again with this family and connects and takes care of his little sister and he's insecure if he's even worthy of being a part of a family considering his background. He wants his little sister because he wants that familial connection because he wants something to go home to and not be alone or used as a tool for someone else. But he still craves romantic intimacy and love that always remains out of reach by crying out "sex and boobies". He wants a normal happy life and now that he's had a taste of domestic happiness he can't go back to being alone and isolated so he yearns for this connection with his little sister nayuta that doesn't want to use him.
