I read the gl but I havent and im not planning on reading the first on, is it good?
No, not at all in my opinion. It just felt some sort of r*pe fantasy manga with non con all over the place. It made me so uncomfortable that I just stopped reading it. The Gyerin (the black haired woman) from the GL version is coerced into a threescore with a man by Dona (I think that was the female lead from the main story) and Gyerin has a huge aversion to men.
And then Byun, even though he was somewhat a jerks was also straight up abused. The ML was spineless and Dona was an awful dom. I wouldn't recommend but you'd have to see for yourself for your own opinion but it's not good
It's still so wild that the same person wrote this side story as well as the AMAZING GL version. The GL version practiced consensual bdsm as well as proper communication with your partner. (Also they had my fave dynamic of Golden Retriever Himbo Lesbian x Black Cat "tough on the outside soft on the inside" lesbian like a healthier Catradora)
Idk this is meant to be a dark romance but still crazy to think about lol
