im on chap 60 rn n honestly idc abt the age gaps or whatever i just really hate the main couple bc goddamn they r so boring,, she fell for him just coz of his looks n we barely saw any relationship forming or any moments between through the years to show any meaningful connection between them??? she just liked his looks n then fell in love with him like cmon the ml is boring n he has absolutely nothing going for him, no personality no nothing, just a woe is me i have to be the emperor eventually, im so lonely bla bla. mate u have a loving adopted family right there with u ik u dont give a shit abt them like ur acting exactly what reason did he have for falling for her?? she was just a snotty kid who turned out to be the warrior who was barely even in ur lifetime?? the fl is so boring too like it was ok to read at times in the start but omg any personality she had was just gone whenever i saw her interacting with the ml. tbh i liked the other guy better the blonde coz 1. hes way prettier both before AND after timeskip and 2. they had a more fun relationship. it would have been way more enjoyable if it went to their route instead of the predictable future crown prince one i had problems anyway with this manhwa at the start before any of the romance stuff bc it was just so frustrating to read the whole family thing like wdym u liked her but u could only fully love her if it was ur child idk it felt off to me n idc at all abt the mum or marci, personally i liked the dad + jules more. it annoys me how fl is supposed to be this powerful person but her problems are all just so minor, yes i get ur family is overprotective but dear godddd u were the warrior !! ur not a kid not mentally for a long time n physically ur not too since “the family matures faster mentally n physically”. i had a problem with that too coz author was just trying to set it up from the start like oh yeah bc they mature faster they can def go for people years older than them which ofc pissed me off like okay ?? this plot point was absolutely not needed. idk if i’ll drop this or not tbh i do wanna finish this just to finish it but if i do then i’ll just be reading it slowly so that i dont get too annoyed by them all
