Please help me find this manga

It's a very old yaoi manga. The story started with uke on a blind date with a lady and while he was waiting for her a guy with a rose in his hand got into an accident near him and after that another guy approached him and told him uke looked cuter than he was told and uke thought he was the blind date so they go on a date and after the one night stand it turned out that uke and the guy who got into accident was mixed up as uke was holding the rose the guy held.
