Ok the synopsis is generic as fuck but basically the story was about the mc helping the ml when he was younger in a serious situation (I think his life was in danger??) so the ml falls for him and then years pass and they meet tho it was all orchestrated by the ml to get closer.

I liked it cause mc wasn't your typical dumb bimbo who has no idea what's going on half the time
