I don't read BL omegaverse for pregnant men. I read omegaverse for pheromones, bonds, heats/ruts. Idc about their genders.
And like the other commenter said Omega is not a female attribute. This story is not the same as a Josei in the normal verse. If you think so, I think you should re read the story bc 90% of the plot is about AOB.
I don't get why it's an omegaverse if the girl is an omega that's still the same attributes as being a normal girl
