Chan-il cares about Cirrus. He’s his best friend. If my best friend ignored me and completely stopped talking to me I would be heartbroken. He probably doesn’t understand what’s going on and wants to help his friend.
The last time he had a conversation with Cirrus he skipped school and his father was beating him in front of the school. If that’s not a reason to be concerned I don’t know what is.
