globally, hospitals will be flooded with sudden and unexplained (cause everyone will be too embarrassed to talk) cases of severe alcohol poisoning. Medical systems world-wide will be near collapse.
On the plus side, introverts will finally be forced out of their houses to meet other victims of sudden alcohol poisoning to form relationships - from manga book-clubs to, hopefully, romantic! :-)
