Yoojoon (alpha) did have a one-sided bond with Eunseong (Omega). It started to weaken as Yoonjoon started falling in love with Jihyuk (Beta), but he was too much of a dumbass to realize his true feelings in time. His bond finally broke when he saw the man he loved (Jihyuk of course) with another man (Eunseong) and he ended up in hospital as a result. That happened in chapter 60.
As for the drug being made of alpha hormones, it's probably not. Yoojoon spread his hormones all over Jihyuk at point, but that's similar to being sprayed with perfume; relatively harmless (it would another thing to drink the perfume!). In regard to the drug, they were commenting that Jihyuk had actually ingested a strange substance. Of course, Eunseong is the one who secretly gave it to him. In chapter 43, it's revealed that a corporate event, Eunseong secretly slipped Jihyuk a drug that turns betas to omegas. Jihyuk did not know. So Eunseong is possibly trying to turn Jihyuk into an omega with these experimental drugs as then he'll have heats and Eunseong can keep him close and control the relationship.

Honestly I still hate that bitch of an alpha more, omega may be scheming but at least he actually loves MC. Goes wrong about it, but I understand. If he didn’t do all that, MC would never look in his direction.
Both are problematic, although I think the alpha is just a stupid infuriating dumbass. The omega, on the other hand, well, I could never be with someone who secretly drugged me, stalked me and hired a PI to spy on me and take photos of me. Like WTF? And the drug isn't "just" a roofie, it's for gender transition. In the real world, it's like secretly slipping a man a drug to make him transition into becoming a woman, or vice versa. It doesn't feel like love, it feels like crazy obsession. Omega really wants to control the MC

Yoojun loves jihyuk as well in my opinion. He’s just affected by the bond- it’s hard to weight both against each other though;;;; I respect your opinion ofc haha!!
Alpha has always been honest and told Beta about him liking someone else so Beta knew. But he is forceful and toxic
I’m so glad this finally gets revealed but the actual confrontation makes my stomach hurt it’s interesting seeing yoojun not being affected by his one sided bond - I’m curious about how clear his head was the entire time, or if it even really affected him?
