My dad once went to hit my sister, and both me (I was like 7) and my mom went straight against him to hold him back. Idk how a sibling would let their little brother be hit like that.

my family is like this too. I wouldn't let my siblings be beaten up by my father, I don't give a shit. for the case of Tak's family, I'm guessing it's korean culture and his family being religious but idk
