i also felt bad but truth is that it wouldn't have been good if he survived, he would've been branded as the son of a traitor and he could've possibly grown up resentful of everyone. it sucks but his death likely brought him the most peace.

I don't know but what was the need to kill the small prince.He was too innocent ,naive to the world and was such a small kid,just because of his parents misdeeds ,he was given such a ending .I cannot help but feel,a bad aftertaste after his death.
